Is anyone willing to share their sample test deck or spreadsheet with a voting pattern used for Logic and Accuracy (L&A) testing? It is our first time using internet and telephone voting method and we are working with Dominion. Thank you in advance!

If you are using Intelivote for your voting services, they provide training to staff.

I understand that a firefighter as defined under the Fire Protection and Prevention Act is not considered to be a employee for the purpose of section 30 of the Municipal Elections Act, however, if the 'volunteer firefighters" within your municipality are unionized, does that suffice to determine that they are considered to be an employee?

Under the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, “volunteer firefighter” means a firefighter who provides fire protection services either voluntarily or for a nominal consideration, honorarium, training or activity allowance.

Can a current council member register as a third party advertiser? This particular council member is currently on medical leave until the end of August and will not be running in the election.

My thoughts are no.

I wonder if it could qualify as a 'fundraising' function too.
Very curious about this one.
