The Accredited Municipal Professional (AMP) designation is for municipal professionals with a minimum of 3 years municipal experience in a non-management role.   

As the AMP designation is competency based, applicants are required to demonstrate skills and knowledge in all 5 competencies and associated sub-competencies as outlined in the AMP Accreditation Handbook.
