Abandonment Issues: How to Deal with Cemeteries in Ontario

What happens when a cemetary becomes abandoned? When do municipalities need to step in and take action? In this webinar, Todd D. Storms will explain the step-by-step process for how municipalties can deal with maintaining or taking control of an abandoned cemetary.

Todd D. Storms

Todd is a partner at the law firm Templeman LLP and head of the firm’s construction law and commercial litigation departments. 
He advises a wide range of clients including municipalities, general contractors, subtrades, engineers and architects on a wide range of construction law matters. 
In addition to representing construction clients at all levels of court in Ontario, he has also acted for clients with respect to construction projects in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and New York state.
Todd was also counsel at the Elliot Lake Commission of Inquiry into the collapse of the Algo Centre Mall in Elliot Lake, Ontario.
