Municipal Lottery Licensing – Changes & Challenges

This workshop will provide a broad overview of lottery licensing for municipal staff.  It will touch upon the regulatory framework, the eligibility review process, the reporting process and recent/upcoming changes in the charitable gaming landscape.  It will also provide a brief overview of C-Gaming (Electronic Bingo) for those municipalities with Electronic Bingo Halls.

  • Why the eligibility review process is important and how to use the process to conduct a review
  • Why reporting is important along with some tips on dealing with tardy/late reporting
  • What are some of the recent changes in lottery licensing and what is coming next
  • What is C-Gaming (Electronic Bingo) and how does it work
