About the Instructor:

Else Khoury is the founder of Seshat Information Consulting. Else has worked in the fields of  Records/Information Management and Access/Privacy for 20 years. She has a Master of Information Studies degree from the University of Toronto, and an ERM Master from AIIM International. She is a columnist with Municipal World magazine and speaks at conferences regularly.
