Confirming the Minutes of the 83rd Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday, June 16, 2021;

Receiving the Annual Report of the Association for the year 2021;

Receiving the Financial Statements and Auditors' Report for the fiscal year 2021;

Appointing a firm of auditors for the fiscal year 2022;

Ratifying the election of directors and officers;

Transacting such other business as may be properly brought before the meeting.
