Yesterday the Government of Canada and the province of Ontario signed a funding agreement for billions of dollars in federal infrastructure funding over the next 10 years. The Bilateral Framework Agreement (IBA) signed yesterday by the federal and provincial Ministers of Infrastructure sets the terms for $11.2 billion of Phase 2 infrastructure spending as part of the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program.
