A new report, released this week by the Residential and Civil Construction Alliance of Ontario (RCCAO) and written by Michael Fenn, is calling on the government to improve the evaluation process used to select infrastructure projects. According to the report, if the combined $200 billion pledged by the federal and provincial governments over the next 12 years is spent wisely it could usher in a new Golden Age in infrastructure.
