With over a decade of experience as a municipal regulator, Ken has a proven track record navigating complex municipal regulatory issues including but not limited to the Administrative Monetary Penalties, Residential Rental Licensing, and Vehicle-for-Hire Licensing.
His team is responsible for the efficient delivery of the City’s various licensing systems, conducting regulatory research, and reporting to council, and the administration of various regulatory programs. His team was awarded an AMCTO E.A. Danby Award Certificate of Merit in the category of Implementation of Legislation for its Administrative Monetary Penalty system.
Ken has a Master's of Public Administration from Western University’s Local Government Program and is passionate about the innovative delivery of regulatory services.
