Municipal Compliance Solutions
Shayne retired in 2021 after almost 36 years in the field of municipal law enforcement, serving as an officer, manager and director during those years. Shayne served on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Association of Property Standards Officers (OAPSO) for 15 years, holding the position of President for four of those years. He remains an instructor within the Association’s certification training program. Shayne also maintains a close affiliation with the Municipal Law Enforcement Officer’s Association (MLEOA).
After retiring, Shayne established Municipal Compliance Solutions, with a focus on supporting municipal enforcement staff across the province with bylaw and program development, as well as training, coaching, and mentoring municipal law enforcement officers.
