
The Town of Bruce Mines invites applications for the position of Chief Administrative Officer / Clerk, a vital leadership role at the heart of local government. Reporting directly to Council, the CAO/Clerk fulfills the statutory responsibilities of the position while serving as Council's corporate secretary, principal policy advisor, and key liaison between Council and the public. The CAO/Clerk is a senior administrative officer responsible for supporting Council and ensuring the efficient and accountable administration of municipal affairs including but not limited to budgeting, financial planning, asset management and special projects.
Hours: Mon – Fri 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Council and Committee Meetings in evenings and occasional weekend work. Benefits package, OMERS and four weeks vacation.
