Our professional development (PD) programs provide practical knowledge, training, and networking to support the continuous learning and growth of municipal professionals and emerging municipal leaders.
We offer a variety of programs in different learning formats geared toward professionals at every stage in their municipal careers. These include:

| AMCTO Annual Conference Provides 30+ professional development hours both in-person and virtually over 3.5 days of learning, networking, and collaborating with municipal professionals from across the province. Attending PD programs can be counted toward the pursuit or maintenance of AMCTO accreditation programs through the logging of professional development unit (PDU) hours. Visit the accreditation program pages for details.
AMCTO new professional members (a sub-class of full membership) can access PD programs at a further discounted rate using their new professional member voucher (a $200.00 value available annually as long as you qualify as a new professional member - up to five years).
