Workshop Refund Policy
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. A refund levy of $100.00 +HST will be applied to every cancellation received up to five (5) business days prior to the workshop. No refunds will be made for cancellations of less than five (5) business days prior to the workshop.
Webinar Refund Policy
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. A refund levy of $50 +HST will be applied to every cancellation received up to five (5) business days prior to the webinar. No refunds will be made for cancellations of less than five (5) business days prior to the webinar.
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing by email.
