We are proud to offer both virtual and in-person training as part of our 2026 Municipal Elections Training Program. The training is tiered, with participants registering and completing the virtual portion before being granted access to the in-person components.
Virtual Training
Price (single key): $440.00 +HST
Provides online access to all Municipal Elections Training Program materials and resources for a single user.
Multi-Key Registration
We are proud to offer multi-key discounts for municipalities that purchase more than one access key for the online training. This helps reduce the cost to municipalities and allows organizations to train more people as part of a focused learning opportunity.

In-Person Training
Based on feedback from our 2022 training program, we are excited to offer an all-new in-person training component for an additional, nominal fee (to be announced within AMCTO Connect). This training will be available to anyone who is registered for the virtual training program and who has successfully completed the introductory workshop modules.
These sessions intend to build off the knowledge learned through the virtual training platform and provide an opportunity to network with fellow elections administrators within each AMCTO Zone. Sessions will be hosted by Rick O’Connor, with support from our Working Group. Individuals who wish to take part in the in-person training must be pre-registered for the virtual training program.
Full-day in-person training across all nine (9) AMCTO Zones will be held in the spring of 2026. Registration for these sessions is now open through the virtual platform in AMCTO connect. These training sessions will be exclusively in-person (not hybrid).
Price (individual): $500.00 +HST
Provides access to the in-person session for one (1) person. Registrant MUST be registered for the virtual program to be eligible for the in-person session.
