Cassandra is an accomplished municipal leader with over a decade of progressive experience in local government administration, finance, and governance. She currently serves as municipal clerk for the Town of Cochrane, where she applies her extensive expertise in legislative compliance, council support, records management, and public engagement. In addition to her municipal role, Cassandra is a consultant with Probity Municipal Consulting & Associates, where she assists with integrity commissioner investigations and provides clerk-related consulting services to municipalities.
Cassandra’s credentials include multiple AMCTO education program certificates in municipal law, accounting and finance, tax administration, and parliamentary meeting protocol, complemented by advanced training in conflict resolution, communication, and emergency management. She has also served as a returning officer for municipal elections, a marriage officiant, and an information officer under the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act.
