Chas is an executive director in KPMG’s Lean Services Group. Chas has been instrumental in assisting over 50 municipalities across Canada navigate through operational and organizational change. His particular focus is working with small to medium-sized municipalities in Ontario, where he has led several engagements focused on process improvement. Prior to joining KPMG in 2011, he held a variety of positions within the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing. Chas possesses a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt designation and has a Master of Public Administration from Western University’s Local Government Program.
