Since joining the Corporate Information Management Services Unit at the City of Toronto in 2023, Cris has supported a range of policy initiatives within the City's information and data governance portfolio, including priorities around sociodemographic data collection and community data governance. Before joining the City of Toronto, he held several policy positions in the Ontario public service, including the Ministry of Economic Development and Growth, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services.
