We would like to inform you about an upcoming database upgrade that will take place next week. This upgrade is necessary for us to improve the overall performance, reliability, and user experience of our Association’s member management system.
This upgrade will take place beginning at 5:00pm ET on Monday, April 20, and we anticipate it will be complete within the next 48-72 hours.
During this time, the database will not be available for staff or general use. This will affect the main sign-in and transaction functions on our website, including access to AMCTO Connect; other website pages and links will still be available.
What You Can Expect
- The ability to log in, access, and update your member or customer account via our website will not be available during this time.
- The ability to log in and access courses and materials within AMCTO Connect will not be available during this time.
- The ability to access and export items within the Ontario Municipal Directory via our website will not be available during this time.
- The ability to log in to make purchases or register for a program/event on our website will not be available during this time.
- The ability to log in to use the member discussion forums on our website will not be available during this time.
- All member and client data will be unaffected and kept secure during this time.
- No action is required from you during this time.

We will provide an update once the maintenance is complete and the database is available for use.
