To our members and valued AMCTO customers,
We would like to inform you that the scheduled database upgrade has now been successfully completed.
All systems, including access to our member/customer sign-in pages on the website, AMCTO Connect, and the Ontario Municipal Directory, are now fully operational. Access for staff, customers, and members is now fully restored.
This upgrade improves the performance, security, and user experience of our Association member and customer database system. It also includes an enhanced education enrollment tab located within your member/customer profile.
This tab allows you to track your AMCTO education course enrollment details and has been updated with course information for those who have completed an AMCTO education program with a start date of July 2, 2018, or later.
Members/customers can also see other AMCTO past event registrations, billing information, and recent billing/order communications under the 'My Participation' tab.
If you notice any unexpected issues or are having difficulty logging in, please contact us, and our IT team will investigate further.
