AMCTO Zone 9 Spring Meeting

Zone 9 - Mark your Calendars!

AMCTO Zone 9 will be holding our Spring Meeting in Thunder Bay on Tuesday, April 30 and Wednesday, May 1, 2024.  Location is still to be determined but we will be on the Port Arthur side of Thunder Bay.

As discussed at the last meeting, we’ve made a few changes to the meeting:

• There will be no breakfast served either day.  Lunch will be provided on Tuesday and only a mid-morning snack on Wednesday.  We will ensure that coffee and other beverages will be available throughout both days. 
• The Tuesday evening dinner will be a Pub Crawl around the Port Arthur Marina District.  Members are responsible for covering their own expenses, the Zone will not be picking up the tab.
• Finally, members are responsible for booking their own accommodation.  No block of rooms have been reserved at any hotel, allowing you to stay wherever you choose.

The registration form is attached and an email will be sent to all members of Zone 9. The agenda will follow once speakers have been confirmed.
