Have Your Say: Help Inform our Next Strategic Plan

Date Published

AMCTO is in the process of developing a renewed Strategic Plan to guide the future direction of the Association over the next four years (2027-2030). Since the fall of last year, the AMCTO Board of Directors and staff have been engaged in preliminary discussions about how we can continue to grow and improve as an organization.

The Strategic Plan process is your opportunity to have your say as a member, municipal professional, or as an individual professional who supports municipal staff/the broader municipal sector. We want to hear your ideas and feedback to help inform the Association's strategic direction, identify gaps, and new opportunities.

We also want to make sure that the AMCTO brand remains current, responsive, and top of mind for sector professionals. Part of this process includes conducting a rebranding discovery to review our current visual look and feel, overall audience perception, and position within the evolving Ontario municipal sector. Our goal is to ensure the Association reflects and meets the needs of our members and the broader municipal community now and into the future.

Please take a moment to complete our brief survey to provide your thoughts on the 2027-2030 Strategic Plan and rebranding discovery:

COMPLETE SURVEY

Survey responses will be kept confidential, and results will be aggregated and shared only with consultants, the AMCTO Board of Directors, and staff.

This survey is open to all AMCTO members and non-members to gather an array of perspectives.

The deadline to complete the survey is Friday, February 13 at 5:00pm ET.

On behalf of the AMCTO Board of Directors and staff, thank you in advance for providing your input. We value the feedback from our community and look forward to developing the next 2027-2030 Strategic Plan to serve you better!

Sincerely,

David Arbuckle, MPA
Executive Director, AMCTO
