The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association of Municipal Managers, Clerks and Treasurers of Ontario (AMCTO) for the year 2025 will be held at Deerhurst Resort in Legacy Hall on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, commencing at 8:30am for the purpose of:
- Confirming the Minutes of the 87th Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday, June 11, 2025;
- Receiving the Annual Report of the Association for the year 2025;
- Review proposed amendments to AMCTO’s Constitution and Bylaws;
- Receiving the Financial Statements and Auditors' Report for the fiscal year 2025;
- Appointing a firm of auditors for the fiscal year 2026;
- Ratifying the election of directors and officers;
- Transacting such other business as may be properly brought before the meeting.
