Patrick is a seasoned municipal law enforcement professional with over 15 years of experience serving the City of London. His career began in 2008 in parking enforcement through a contracted service provider, where he built a strong foundation in frontline enforcement and community engagement.
In 2015, Patrick joined the City of London’s municipal law enforcement division, taking on roles such as licensing enforcement officer, parking coordinator, and municipal law enforcement officer. These positions allowed him to develop a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, operational coordination, and public service delivery.
Since 2022, Patrick has served as supervisor of municipal law enforcement services, where he leads two specialized teams. The Core Area Team provides day-to-day enforcement services and manages special projects aimed at enhancing the downtown core, making it a better place to live, work, and play. This team also oversees all vacant building enforcement across the city. Additionally, Patrick leads the Licensing Enforcement Unit, which is responsible for enforcing all business licensing regulations and vehicle-for-hire enforcement within the municipality.
