Stephanie Haly is the director of adjudication in the Tribunal Dispute Resolution Division at the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner in Ontario. In this role, she oversees the adjudication of appeals under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, and access and privacy complaints under the Personal Health Information Protection Act and Part X of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act.
