Stephanie is currently the General Manager of Corporate & Enterprise Services & Chief Financial Officer at the City of Welland and Vice President of the Board for the Municipal Finance Officers Association of Ontario (MFOA). Prior to this role, she was Treasurer & Director of Finance at the Region of Peel where she worked for close to 10 years. Stephanie is a CPA, with an Bachelor of Business Administration from Brock University and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Western Ontario. Stephanie has also been a member of AMCTO for over 15 years. Stephanie has worked in several municipalities with varying sizes and structures (single, lower and upper tiers) over her 27 years in municipal finance and administration within Niagara and the GTA.
