She leads customer experience teams: customer success, implementation and support, with a focus on helping clerks run compliant, accessible meetings while getting real value from their tools. Tara brings a strong customer-first approach to her work that pushes for clarity over complexity. She also has a strong understanding of how public meetings, compliance, accessibility, and transparency intersect. Tara and her customer experience team work to ensure the local governments they serve realize value faster, operate with confidence, and sustain long-term adoption—not just implement software.
