Ted currently leads the implementation of the Rental Renovation Licensing Bylaw with the City of Toronto. With over 20 years of experience in municipal government, Ted has focused on improving building permit processes, enhancing customer service, and modernizing regulatory frameworks. His work has included developing the Toronto Building Sign Bylaw Unit, Express Services and Citywide Priorities Unit, as well as leading strategic initiatives across divisions to support housing, transit, and innovative construction. Ted has worked in policy development, enforcement, and service transformation, and has collaborated extensively with city council, legal teams, and community stakeholders.
