Wade brings over two decades of public service experience to his role as manager, municipal compliance and animal services. Over the past 21 years, Wade has held progressive positions within the service area, beginning as a municipal law enforcement officer and later becoming the first supervisor in the service area's history. Prior to joining the City of London, Wade spent five years in the private sector as a planning technician with a consulting firm, gaining valuable experience in land use and development processes. Wade is recognized for a commitment to public service, operational leadership, and strong community engagement.
