
Natasha believes in building upon what is working together with understanding what needs to change to shift workplace culture and repair strained workplace relationships. To help achieve these outcomes, Natasha provides:

Natasha provides her services to municipalities and their councils, Indigenous organizations, provincial crown corporations, police, fire and paramedic services, municipal health units, long term care homes, resident care facilities, and many other public, private, and nonprofit organizations. She trains organizations on conducting sound workplace investigations, including a certificate program for police services.
Natasha also provides workplace investigation advisory services, helping organizations audit their investigation practices and policies to ensure legal compliance and alignment with best practices.
Natasha is an avid traveller who in 2024 ticked off a box on her bucket list with a safari in Kenya. She grew up with a member of a famous rock band; the grandson of a legendary Toronto Maple Leaf; and the cousin of the greatest NHL player ever. She also went to the same high school as a famous movie actor.
