Rochelle is a senior access and privacy officer with the City of Toronto, with experience processing freedom of information (FOI) requests across municipal and provincial institutions. Prior to joining the City, she held FOI roles at Metrolinx and several Ontario ministries, managing complex and contentious requests in high-volume environments. She holds a Master of Public Policy, Administration and Law from York University.
