Ruarri is a graduate of Queen’s University and Humber College. He has been working as a prosecutor for 18 years, starting as a per diem provincial prosecutor in the Peel region. Ruarri previously worked for the City of Toronto and has been with the City of Mississauga for nine years.
He is Vice President of the Prosecutors' Association of Ontario (PAO) since 2018 and assists with educational initiatives including the biannual case law update. He also provides mentorship to the profession through paralegal field placements and the PAO’s Ask an Expert Program.
