Sabine has been an advisor to Ontario provincial and municipal leaders, as well as private and not-for-profit clients, for over 30 years. She has been a principal at StrategyCorp, a Toronto-based government relations, communications and management consulting firm since 1998. She is the founder of StrategyCorp’s Municipal Services Practice Group, that serves local governments across Canada. Previously, Sabine served as Chief of Staff to Ontario’s Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing. In that capacity, she was involved in the creation of Ontario’s municipal taxation and assessment regime, key reforms to Ontario’s Municipal Act and Planning Act, as well as the amalgamation of the City of Toronto.
