A strong culture is something organizations and leaders strive for. While this concept is difficult to define, ask any employee and they will certainly know when 'culture' is not working well. When we are able to harness this seemingly intangible asset of culture, it becomes the ultimate competitive advantage. In this workshop, discover practical tools and strategies for cultivating a thriving workplace culture — one that drives engagement, increases performance, attracts and retains top talent. In other words, a workplace that people can’t wait to be a part of!

Learning Objectives

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Identify the key parts of an organization that must be addressed to form a healthy workplace culture
  • Understand a leader's role in setting the culture of their organization
  • Apply practical tools and strategies for leading others and forming cohesive teams
  • Communicate and use organizational values to guide the behaviour of their teams
