Kyle oversees municipal enforcement, licensing, property standards, animal control and parking operations at the City of Kingston. With more than a decade of experience in municipal enforcement, Kyle has held progressive leadership roles focused on modernizing enforcement services, strengthening community partnerships and developing practical responses to complex municipal issues.
Kyle holds the Certified Municipal Manager III (CMM III) designation and has extensive experience in municipal law enforcement and property standards. His work includes leading initiatives related to encampment response, community standards, administrative monetary penalties, special constable services and the modernization of municipal enforcement operations.
