Nicole has been a leader in the realm of law enforcement at both the municipal and provincial levels for 30 years. She began her career as a police officer with the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and is currently the Director of Municipal Enforcement Services at the City of Waterloo. Passionate about mentoring, she is also a part-time instructor at both Conestoga College and with the Ontario Association of Property Standards Officer's (OAPSO) Certification Training.
