Deputy Clerk
City of Kawartha Lakes
Joel is one of two deputy clerks for the City of Kawartha Lakes. His portfolio in the clerk's office provides legislative support for the City's Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA), municipal elections, the Ontario Wildlife Damage Compensation Program, line fences, and drainage programs. He is also the recording secretary for the City's Planning Advisory Committee.
Joel is actively involved with AMCTO serving as Vice-Chair for Zone 5, and a member of the Conference Planning Committee.
