Sandra is a respected municipal leader with nearly four decades of public service experience. Her career to date has included serving as a senior executive in St. Thomas, Bruce County, and London, as well as leadership roles in several provincial ministries. Sandra is widely recognized for her commitment to developing strong communities, effective governance, and compassionate public service.
A graduate of Western University, Sandra holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Psychology and a Master of Public Administration in Local Government. She has also contributed extensively through volunteer and board service, including with Western University, the Children’s Aid Society of London and Middlesex, the Rural Ontario Municipal Association (ROMA), and the Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO).
