Kelan is responsible for managing the City of Barrie’s property tax and water/wastewater billing and collections. Prior to joining the City of Barrie, Kelan worked as an account manager for the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC). Kelan is also currently serving as the first vice president on the Ontario Municipal Tax and Revenue Association (OMTRA) board of directors.
