Understanding the lived experiences and perspectives of Ontario municipal clerks helps us better serve and support our clerk members, and advance our People & Governance advocacy pillar.
AMCTO clerk members are invited to participate in the 2026 State of the Clerk's Office: mid-year pulse survey. The mid-year pulse survey is an all-new companion survey to eScribe's annual State of the Clerk's Office survey. This survey is a short, single-select check-in designed to track how the profession is progressing through the year. It takes about five minutes to complete and covers topics clerks are navigating right now: AI adoption, records management, public meeting changes, and accessibility compliance.
