Madeleine holds a Master of Information and Library Science from the University of Toronto, specializing in critical information policy. She previously worked at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) where she gained experience in information management, records management and data governance. Since joining the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement (MPBSDP) in 2022 as a Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) Specialist, she has provided strategic privacy expertise on significant government initiatives, including artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
