Roger has been involved with charitable gaming for over 20 years in both commercial and government environments. Through this work, he has gained broad experience with eligibility reviews, report processing, and analysis of government policy on gaming-related matters. Roger is certified in gaming law from the Osgoode Law Society, York University, and in non-profit sector management from Toronto Metropolitan University.
