Technology is advancing at a rapid pace and artificial intelligence (AI) is already presenting new opportunities for the public sector that are both exciting and daunting. While the news is full of enthusiastic headlines and exciting success stories, there remains a degree of uncertainty and risk around AI. The technical concepts behind AI can be difficult to fully comprehend, making it an intimidating subject for those who are not tech experts. For all of its power and potential, many organizations and individuals are struggling to understand how to take start or if they should take advantage of AI.

This fast-paced webinar will help you make sense of AI and gain valuable insights into where, when and how to begin. We’ll look at how AI is being pursued in the public sector and important steps to prepare for your AI journey, including responsibly considering and managing risks. We'll also look at how municipalities can start looking at potential opportunities — including larger initiatives to enhance and improve operations, and smaller ways you can incorporate AI into the work you’re already doing.
