Good afternoon Zone 9 Members,
Your Zone 9 Executive Team would like to invite you all to attend our Fall Meeting being held in Thunder Bay, October 1-3, 2025.
Location once again, will be the Oliver Road Community Centre (563 Oliver Road, Thunder Bay).
WORKSHOP: October 1 is an optional All Day Workshop. If you are unable to attend the workshop, please still register for the regular Fall Meeting October 2 and 3. The Zone is subsidizing the Workshop to make it more accessible, so the cost is only $150 for the full day workshop.
FOOD: A continental breakfast will be served on Wednesday and Thursday mornings, with a full breakfast Friday morning. Lunch will be provided Wednesday and Thursday. As usual, coffee and other beverages will be available throughout the day.
HOTEL: The Holiday Inn Express has agreed to block off 15 Rooms for our group at their government rate of $173.00 per night. This rate will apply to those needing to check in Sept 30, for the Workshop and for those just checking in for the regular conference.
The registration form and agenda are attached. Please make special note of the address to send the Registrations and Payment to, as this has changed from the spring meeting.
Lastly, the Minutes and Financial Statement from the Spring Meeting will be emailed to all members on September 29th so all members will have time to review those documents prior to the meeting. Therefore, all you will need to pick up when you arrive is your lanyard.
