Ontario Ombudsman


Anastasia supports the Ontario Ombudsman staff with complex files, including municipal law matters. She also completes investigations into municipal and school board closed meetings.

Prior to joining the Office of the Ombudsman, Anastasia worked in a variety of settings with a focus on administrative law, including a large urban municipality, a professional health regulator, a community legal aid clinic, and private practice. Anastasia has appeared before various tribunals, as well as before the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice.

When she’s not working, Anastasia enjoys playing with her active pre-schooler and trying new restaurants with friends and family.
