Throughout her 30+ year career, Lauren has demonstrated a commitment to creating psychologically safe and inclusive workplaces. As part of that mission, she has facilitated programs for thousands of individuals to make a positive difference. Lauren has particular experience in the municipal sector, having worked with more than 50 single- and upper-tier municipalities across the country. This includes conducting investigations of both staff and elected officials. She has also trained councils on creating respectful workplaces and effective and respectful engagement. Through this work, she has developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges in municipal government.
Lauren has written numerous articles for Municipal World magazine and for the Ontario Municipal Human Resources Association (OMHRA). She has also developed and facilitated programs with the Law Society of Ontario (LSO) and the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA), among others.
