Patrick is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) and a proud graduate of the University of Western Ontario. With nearly 20 years of progressive experience in the public sector, Patrick has participated in various cross-functional teams to find unique solutions to complex fiscal challenges. He specializes in long-term financial planning, asset management, corporate procurement, risk management, strategy, governance, and municipal finance. Patrick champions a corporate culture committed to holistic asset management and serves on the Board of Directors for the Municipal Finance Officers Association (MFOA) and Canadian Network of Asset Managers (CNAM).
