Rima is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP with over 15 years in process improvement and project management experience across municipal government, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals. She specializes in high-impact facilitation, consensus building, and developing actionable solutions.
As former chair of the Ontario Lean Community of Practice (OLCP), Rima has promoted Lean methodologies in the public sector, leading projects to streamline operations and enhance service delivery. She is passionate about building staff capacity in Lean by way of coaching and mentoring.
Rima holds an MBA from Smith School of Business and is currently working with the City of Mississauga as a business advisor.
